1. Once your appointment has been made, please ensure the windshield remains dry for AT LEAST 4 hours prior to your appointment time.

2. Place the car in the direct sunlight for me to perform the repair as I will need direct sunlight to cure(dry) the special resin that I use.

3. DO NOT WASH the car as this pushes dirt into the crack. I do not mind working on a dirty windshield.

4. Just call me if you need to make any changes to your appointment time or location.
